These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jili15 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features available at jili15.cam. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing any wagers.
What You Should Know Before You Read

All jili15 promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus terms are published at the time of each offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated bots, and money laundering are all strictly prohibited. jili15 reserves the right to suspend accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities under AML obligations.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before jili15 processes any withdrawal to your GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account. This is a PAGCOR-aligned requirement designed to protect players and prevent financial crimes.
jili15 provides deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Players who choose to self-exclude are bound by the exclusion period and may not attempt to register new accounts during it.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jili15 platform available at jili15.cam (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with jili15's Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jili15 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Your continued use of the jili15 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. jili15 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility
To register and maintain an active jili15 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age applicable under Philippine law and enforced by PAGCOR for casino-style gaming platforms. Proof of age is required during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

- Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are acting under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
- Self-exclusion status: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from jili15 or be subject to any active exclusion order under Philippine gaming regulations.
- Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jili15 or any of its game providers, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
21+ Age Requirement: Underage gambling is a serious offense under Philippine law. jili15 conducts mandatory age verification and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. Deposited funds will be returned after deducting any applicable administrative fees.
Account Registration & Security
Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the jili15 Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your account details promptly if they change. Providing false registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili15 login credentials. All activities conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — are your responsibility. You must notify jili15 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. jili15 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
Account sharing — providing your credentials to another person so that they may access your account — is strictly prohibited. jili15 reserves the right to suspend accounts where sharing is detected and to void any bets placed or winnings accrued during such unauthorized access.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
jili15 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jili15's discretion. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
All deposits are credited to your jili15 account in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player. jili15 does not accept deposits made by third parties — you may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. jili15 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts, although during periods of high volume, processing may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. jili15 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. jili15 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempts to withdraw to a third-party account will be rejected and may trigger a security review.
KYC Policy: Complete your KYC verification as soon as you register — don't wait until your first withdrawal request. KYC typically takes under 24 hours once documents are submitted.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
jili15 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the Promotion is offered, which supplement these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific Promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jili15 Promotions:
- Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal, which will be clearly stated in the Promotion terms at the time of the offer.
- Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the Promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically upon conclusion of the validity period.
- Only one active bonus may be claimed per player per Promotion period, unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the Platform wagering context.
- jili15 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or modify its terms at any time, with or without prior notice, in response to fraud detection, system errors, or changes in regulatory requirements.
- Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through bonus arbitrage, structured wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or collusion — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.
Game Rules, Fairness & RNG
All games offered on the jili15 Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including, but not limited to, JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. Each game operates according to its own published rules, pay tables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages.
All slot and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated in real-time with physical cards and equipment under the supervision of the respective game provider's regulatory framework.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that results in an ambiguous game outcome, jili15 and/or the relevant game provider reserve the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the Player's account. jili15 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
jili15 does not manipulate game outcomes. The published RTPs of all games are accurate and based on the certified mathematical models of each game's provider. Past results have no influence on future outcomes in RNG-based games.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili15 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
- Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jili15 is obligated to report suspicious transactions under Philippine AML laws.
- Collusion — coordinating with other players in real-money games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
- Automated play — using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without manual human input.
- Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of promotional offers through structured wagering, multi-accounting, or coordinated redemption schemes.
- Chargebacks — filing fraudulent chargeback claims on deposits with your payment provider while retaining the value of those funds in your jili15 account.
- Hacking or system interference — attempting to access, alter, or disrupt the Platform's systems, servers, or databases by any unauthorized means.
Zero Tolerance: jili15 employs active fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited activity may be suspended immediately without prior notice. jili15 fully cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR regulatory inquiries.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property
All content on the jili15 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface design, software, text, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of jili15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jili15's prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili15's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jili15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or third-party claims, regardless of whether jili15 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jili15 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, and other circumstances outside jili15's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions for which jili15 accepts no liability.
Account Suspension & Termination
jili15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player.
- Requirement to comply with a regulatory directive or court order.
- Material inactivity on the account — defined as no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Dormant account fees may apply as disclosed in the account settings.
Upon account closure, jili15 will return any verified positive balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any outstanding liabilities, applicable fees, and regulatory withholdings. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Privacy & Data Protection
jili15 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The manner in which jili15 collects, uses, and safeguards your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.
By registering on jili15, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data shared with regulated third-party KYC providers and payment processors as necessary for compliance with PAGCOR-aligned standards and Philippine AML laws.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine effort to resolve disputes amicably through jili15's customer support channel. Players are encouraged to contact jili15 support via live chat or email at [email protected] with a detailed description of their complaint. jili15 targets a response to formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Amendments to These Terms
jili15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili15 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, dated with the effective date of the latest revision. Your continued use of the jili15 Platform after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
